Highlands Coffee is this wonderful find I made in Vietnam. Actually, it was there long before I went to the country. You might ask – What is a Highlands Coffee? Think of an upscale Starbucks with a better menu, better coffee, better pastries, more comfortable seating, a very attentive staff and wi-fi. Need I say more?
