Small Disaster

This is a 1/4 sized Disaster breakfast burrito that is served at Hurricane’s Restaurant in Albuquerque, NM. There is also a half-sized portion and, of course, a full-sized portion. Normally I take at least half of the 1/4 sized portion home and snack on it for the next day. The best things about food in Albuquerque are the green and red chilies that are served on so many items on the menus. They just zing things up a bit. 20120520
