Speed Camera

It’s a speed camera. It seems that the police car in the picture has a speed detection camera installed on the rear of the vehicle. This is the first time I had seen speed cameras on the back of a police car. I guess someone takes the car and parks it wherever they want and simply capture speeders all day long. What a great way to generate revenue! I saw several of these while I was in the city of Phoenix, Arizona while I was there.
