OK, so it was a flop-house. $5 a night. For two people.

Self serve. I washed afraid to use it because I kept thinking I smelled electical smoke coming from the washer.

Their motto was "Your Home Away From Home" but I really wasn’t sure what they meant. The best thing about the lobby was watching the owner and his wife fight all the time. Maybe that’s what they meant.

It wasn’t much to look at. Except in the early morning when some guy drove something like 2000 sheep throuhg the streets. After that you had to watch where you walked until a lot of people had gotten up.

The hotel in Luxor had a great patio. On the roof. Great place to drink beer and meet other travellers. Lots of chairs, cushions, tables and a TV.
