Cool Toilet – Chicago

I was in the Chicago airport and I went to the restroom where I noticed that the toilet seat was covered in plastic. This intrigues me. I read the directions which told me to wave my hand over the green light at the top of the toilet. Miraculously, the plastic starts moving around until what I assume was new plastic covered the seat, giving me the perception that the toilet seat was clean. Maybe it was, maybe it wasn’t. But, perception is everything. It was my first experience with the device. Needless to say, I’d like to know more about how it works.
