Dinner – Chiang Mai

Another really good dish that set me back a whole $1.50 plus the cost of my drink. They charged me for the cost of a glass of cold water even though the sign out front said that drink was included. Oh, well. Notice how small the portion is?? It was that way all over SE Asia. No one gets overfed. Not even chubby Americans. They’ve only learned to say "supersize?" at the fast food joints. When I think about it, that’s probably a good thing.
