Fwb 2007 NOLA Mardi Gras

We went to the Mardi Gras in 2007 on our way home from spending the winter in south Florida and the Florida Keys. It was the first time I had been to New Orleans since Hurrican Katrina. If I had thought New Orleans was strange before Katrina, I thought it was even stranger afterward. 02/2007
