Making Silk

The lady in the picture worked at a silk shop. She was part of a demonstration of how silk is made. The whole point is that we were taken to the shop while we were on the Great Wall of China tour so that we had the "opportunity" to get a "really good deal" on some silk. Another waste of time, but it was those wastes of time that helped to make the tours I took so reasonably priced.
