Perhaps the most significant link above is the one for Asian and European Markets. If you think the world markets aren’t tied together in a dramatic fashion, you need to be buying more lottery tickets. While not incredibly correlated all the time, when bad things happen in Asia and Europe the correlation coefficient becomes becomes far too scary for me. Never ignore Asia and Europe markets. Always check them everyday.
