Serious Southern BBQ

I’m driving down the road and I see a sign for a B-B-Q joint. I stop. I’m in Williamsburg, Virginia at Pierce’s Pitt, which has a bazillion cars parked out front and about that many people inside. OK, I’m exaggerating. But I think you get the point. When in Williamsburg stop at Pierce’s, if not for the B-B-Q, then for the experience. 09/2007
