Intramuros

Intramuros is the old walled city of Manila. It comprises less than half a square mile of area. Here was where the Spanish originally set up their town of Manila. Inside Intramuros ("within the walls") is a city within a city. This is the most historic section of Manila and the section most frequented by tourist who visit the city.

Manila Skyline

This is a picture of the Manila skyline. They have many large buildings here. Manila is definitely a MegaCity, whatever that is. It has lots of poverty and wealth and congestion and daily life here could best be described as chaotic, at least that’s what I would call it.
