From Split, Croatia I went to Pula, Croatia via Rijeka. On a bus, of course. I arrived in Pula a little late and had to find the hostel in the dark. I traveled through some pretty isolated area, hoping I was going to find the hostel at the end of a pretty spooky road. I did. If you look behind the building, that’s the Adriatic Sea. I had a room in the back of the building overlooking it and the sound of the waves on the shore woke me up in the mornings. Another wonderfully unique 10 Euro a night place to stay in the Balkans. 11/2005
