Thge sign is self-expnatory. The question is who is it aimed at? The only people I see urinating in public are the homeless, little bitty kids, drunks, and people on the side of the road who can’t hold it anymore. None of those are going to modify their behavior because someone placed this sign on state property. Silly bureaucrats.
